Swiss Roll

I have always wanted to make a soft swiss roll just like the one in Polar Cake Shop. Till now I still have not found one. This recipe is from Mamafami

It taste good but not as soft as what I been looking for. Then I put the cream too little so at the end you cant see the cream. Anyway my 1st swiss roll....so not bad ar!!!

My son gave me a 3 star for this. Not bad still can get star!!
