Ingredient :
300gm rice flour
300 gm tapioca floor
500 - 550 gm sugar
1100ml thin coconut milk
740ml thick coconut milk
1 tsp salt
pandan leaves
colours of your choice
Method :
In the big bowl mix both flour and thick coconut milk.
Mix in a pot think coconut milk with sugar, salt and pandan leaves.
Mix the both mixture. Sieve and divide in colours of your choice.
Steam each layer for 5 mins....last layer 20 mns.
